Virtual Office Website ("VOW") Terms of Use

Before you can access our MLS® VOW, you will need to register for an account. In order to create an account, you as a registrant ("Registrant") must agree that:

  1. the Registrant acknowledges entering into a lawful REALTOR®/consumer or REALTOR®/client relationship with the Member;
  2. All data obtained from the MLS® VOW is intended for and may only be used for the Registrant's personal, non-commercial use;
  3. the Registrant acknowledges that the Listing Information displayed on the MLS® VOW is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the Board.
  4. the Registrant has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the MLS® VOW;
  5. the Registrant will not himself, and will not permit or assist others to, directly or indirectly:
    • copy, redistribute, retransmit, alter, modify, manipulate, scrape, store, obscure any of the MLS® VOW Data or Listing Information provided;
    • display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any of the MLS® VOW Data to another person.
    • engage in Scraping (including "screen scraping" and "database scraping"), "data mining" or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any MLS® VOW Data or any related data;
  6. the Registrant acknowledges the Board's ownership of, and the validity of the Board's proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® VOW Data, and Listing Information; and
  7. the Registrant expressly authorizes the Board or their duly authorized representatives, to access the MLS® VOW and your information provided to the MLS® VOW Participant, for the purposes of verifying compliance with and pursuing enforcement of the Terms of Use and all applicable rules, regulations, bylaws, policies, and laws.

REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® logo are certification marks that are owned by REALTOR® Canada Inc. and licensed exclusively to The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). These certification marks identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA and who must abide by CREA’s By-Laws, Rules, and the REALTOR® Code. The MLS® trademark and the MLS® logo are owned by CREA and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.
